Shipping and Return Policy

Registrations for Rides are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please understand that once you register for a ride/rally we secure permits and coordinate the event based on the number of registrants. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for ride registrations since we are counting on you to be there.

Merchandise orders are generally shipped in 1-3 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders that are not directly shipped by us. “Charities items or Causes items” will be shipped when the Event / Campaign is described to ship. And shipping times will be available in the Product / Service description.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
